Return Policy
Our customers are so important to us, and we want to love your experience with Cypress & Sage. If you do not love your purchase and it does not work out, send it back to us! We want your happiness and for you to feel beautiful in our apparel and products!
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements. So please inspect them thoroughly.
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- With the tags
- We will generate prepaid labels for US orders.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund.
- All returns/exchanges must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn. Items must not appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, the items will be ineligible for a return and not accepted. Items will be shipped to you at your expense.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Jewelry & Accessories, Swimwear, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Hats, and Health & Beauty items.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided, placed inside and unworn.
- Damages to items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact sales@cypressandsageco.com and we will address it as quickly as possible.
- Cypress & Sage reserves the right to charge a flat $10 restocking fee for excessive returns. This allows us to continue to provide our customers with Free Shipping AND Free Returns. Damaged items excluded.
- The return must be within the date ranges specified in the return policy.
Return Process

If your return is approved, it is a simple and quick process for your convenience, and we are here for any questions.
- Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements and are ineligible for a refund, items will ship back to the customer at the customers expense for shipping.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
- We will send you a shipping label for your return items to send back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Swimwear, Jewelry & Accessories, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Hats, and Health & Beauty items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. With inventory constantly changing and inventories continuously updating and changing it is not the most convenient for our customers, so we do not offer exchanges currently. We will gladly refund your item though and hope you find something fabulous on our site.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Typically, this is 5-7 business days. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
